Products are shipped to the regions of Western Macedonia.

Delivery Time: 20 Working Days

The consumer has no obligation to pay if he does not receive the legal document receipt/invoice. 24% VAT is included in the shipping costs. Please let us know if there are any difficulties accessing your site.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be approved, prepared and shipped the next business day. During times of increased demand, the delivery time of goods may be increased (e.g. holiday season).

If for reasons of force majeure there is a delay with your order, then we will contact you to advise of dispatch and delivery.

Orders are delivered within eight business hours (9:00am – 5:00pm) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The timetables of each shipment are set unilaterally by the Charalambidis Demosthenis & Co. O.E. company.

In cases where the customer/user cannot receive on the day or time set for him, our company re-sets a delivery day and notifies the customer/user.

  • Responsible for Receiving on behalf of the customer

The receipt in any case is made by the person referred to in the order as the recipient by showing his police ID or passport or in general a public document suitable for proof of identity in the event that the person referred to in the order as the recipient cannot receive himself, he should to notify us in writing to the e-mail address of the company Charalambidis Dimosthenis & Co. O.E..

  • Inaccessible Areas

In the event that the delivery address given by the customer / user is difficult to access by means of transport of the company / transport agency (e.g. a truck) or entry to the means of transport of the company / transport agency is not allowed, then please let us know by the registration of the order so that the appropriate measures are taken. In the event that the information is not given, then the company / transport agency has the right to deliver the products to you at the nearest point accessible by the means of transport or to request an additional fee from the customer / user for the delivery of the goods to the sidewalk of the entrance.

  • Time of Delivery of Goods

The processing of orders and their delivery is completed according to the delivery time of the product.

The processing of orders and their delivery is completed within 20 working days of the order at the latest.

  • Packaging and Installation

xaralampidis-kde.gr undertakes the packaging of your order without any additional charge of yours. The prices do not include the installation of the products.
