- Sublisting of Products
The terms and conditions described apply to all products purchased from the online store of Charalambidis Dimosthenis & Co. O.E. through the internet at www.xaralampidis-kde.gr.
When you place your order through the online store of Charalambidis Dimosthenis & Co. O.E., you have the option to cancel your order within the same day that you placed the order.
In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will need to send a request to info@xaralampidis-kde.gr with your proof of purchase and your order form. The products you wish to return must be in perfect condition, with unopened packaging as received. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product is covered under warranty due to a manufacturing defect. In case you open the packaging of the product, you should take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to the company's central warehouses at the address An. Nikolaidis & Konstantinoupoleos 14, Ptolemaida, TK 50200.
The customer has the possibility to return the purchased products within 14 days from the moment of receipt. In case they are not returned within 14 days, then the store Charalambidis Dimosthenis & Co. O.E. is not obliged to accept any withdrawal or replacement of the product.
- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event that the products are manufactured according to the specifications set by you as a consumer or that are not in stock and require a special order from the (supplier/manufacturer) as well as products which, after delivery , due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements.
